The Mend & Nourish Program is the 2nd year of preparation for receiving First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. Root for Parents and Children is the 1st year.

Sunday, August 23 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Family Faith Formation Orientation:

8:30 am to 10:00 am
The
Faith Formation Team
will be available to assist you and answer questions during those times. All registration sessions will take place in the
Parish Office -1125 Ferry Street.
Registration packets will be available for pick-up at the Parish Office - beginning on Wednesday, July 29th.
Dear Faith Formation Families,
We are excited for the new year of journeying together in our faith. To best facilitate the registration process, we are asking that you gather the necessary documents ahead of completing and returning your registration packets.
The following documents are required for all students.
____ Birth Certificate (original and copy)
____ Baptismal Certificate (original and copy)
Registration packets will be available for pick up beginning
Wednesday, July 29th.
____ Registration Form (Hard copy completed even if registered online)
____ Liability Form
____ Circle of Grace
____ Volunteer Form
____ Check or exact cash for registration fees (Registration fees can also be paid online via credit card)
** ALL SCHOOL FAMILIES WILL BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE SACRAMENTAL PREP FORM PACKET FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE**
