Faith Formation

This program is offered for continued growth and faith filled activities for children from 1st grade through 8th grade in addition to other sacramental programs they are participating in.

Registration Dates - 2025

Sunday, August 17 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Sunday, August 24 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Monday, August 25 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

The Faith Formation Team will be available to assist you and answer questions during those times. All registration sessions will take place in the Parish Office - 1125 Ferry Street.

Registration packets will be available for pick-up at the Parish Office beginning on Monday, July 21.

Dear Faith Formation Families,
We are excited for the new year of journeying together in our faith. To best facilitate the registration process, we are asking that you gather the necessary documents ahead of completing and returning your registration packets.
 

The following documents are required for all students. 
____ Birth Certificate (original and copy)
____ Baptismal Certificate (original and copy)

The Registration packets will be available for pick up beginning on Monday, July 21st at the Parish office.

____ Check or exact cash for registration fees (Registration fees can also be paid via credit card)
