General Guidelines:
* Parish Center Rooms are available for reservation Monday through Wednesday evenings after 5 PM.
* No meetings will be scheduled on Thursdays (4 PM - 7 PM) during Eucharistic Adoration. However, meetings may be scheduled starting at 7:30 PM on Thursday.
* Parishioners, ministries, and organizations are encouraged to spend time in Adoration for the needs of the Parish. Their group and the own person's devotion.
* Due to current limitations, rooms are reserved based on the number of people in attendance.
* Meeting space is NOT reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
* Submission of a request does not guarantee that your request has been accepted.
* The allowable number of individuals is indicated on the Meeting Room Request form.
We are doing our best to accommodate each request. However, groups who have scheduled the library space understand that they may have to move to an upper room if a larger group requests the space.
