V.P. Sales and Management

Over 20 years experience as a business
and sales consultant in the Staffing Industry;
successfully developing sales branches across
the United States, and Canada.

Performed intense internal audits, made hiring and training recommendations, mentored and drove sales and operations to award winning status. Teams received many leadership awards for sales and operation excellence, year after year, as a result of my leadership.

ARTS: (1983 – 2011) Producer/Director - Musical Theater

11 years Board of Directors (1983 – 1994), Past President and Vice President for Diablo Light Opera, Walnut Creek, CA

Most recently, launched a Theater Department at St. Joseph School, in Pinole. Wrote, and was awarded a start-up grant, from the Pinole Arts Council. Most recent projects include:

TEACHING: (2003 – Present)

I graduated top of my class, from The University of San Francisco, in 2003, where I received my Masters in Education, as well as Teaching Credentials in English, and Drama. Celebrating nearly a decade of classroom teaching.

I. Build a Faith-filled Community at St. Catherine School & Parish

  1. Regularly Attends Church and support the Parish vision/goals
  2. Principal partners with PTG and Board to set goals for the school

    2. Provides Volunteers and Support
  3. Promotes Community with Martinez Chamber, Bay Area Chapter Latin American Organizations, National Council La Raza, Parish Organizations, and Ministries and attends functions regularly
  4. Reaches out to cities surrounding our school to build community and recruit families

  5. Promote community with County Offices, and neighboring businesses to recruit working families

II. Build a Faith-filled Community at St. Catherine School & Parish

  1. Meets regularly with Staff and observes (recognizes WCEA/WASC evidence)
  2. Meets regularly with Student Council and cares about student satisfaction
  3. Supports the vision of Preschool and after school Daycare Groups
  4. Attends all Church and School fundraisers whenever possible
  5. Attends sporting, arts events
  6. Provides ongoing training for staff, and administration

III. Meet the Needs of the School and Parish – Communication & Technology

  1. Meets with regularly with Father, Business Manager, Bookkeeper and Secretaries to review goals and provides fresh business perspective
  2. Supports all groups at St. Catherine School and Parish including Preschool, and Daycare to reach and exceed business goals and community expectations
  3. Updates the Website to include letter from Principal, updated teacher pages, and calendar of events, and fundraisers

IV. Maintain happy staff, happy student population through proper planning reasonable expectations

  2. Provides Regular Training for staff to grow in their ministry
  3. Provides Volunteers and Committee Members, avoiding burnout
