POLICIES REGARDING
ATTENDANCE/DROP OFF/PICK UP

Parents, please be advised as to the following policies regarding attendance and the dropping off and picking up of your children for Faith Formation:

ATTENDANCE – Faith Formation is on Wednesday from 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM. We highly recommend that your children attend all Faith Formation classes. Each class successively builds upon the last. Therefore, missing a session deprives your child of what was accomplished and discussed in the class prior.

**Class attendance for Sacramental preparation is mandatory.
Preparation for First Holy Communion is 2 years. There will be no exceptions made regarding the 2 years required for preparation. Also, if your child misses more than four classes per year, then they will not be eligible like to make their First Holy Communion**

Dropping OFF/Picking UP – You may drop off your children at the church as early as 5:45 PM, but no later than our 6:00 PM starting time. As we only get to teach your children for 1 hour and 15 minutes per week, we would like to begin as promptly as possible.

Also, when you drop off your child, you must walk them into either the Church or the classroom. You may not drop your child off at the curb.

When picking up your children, you must sign them out from their classroom or they will not be released.

Faith Formation ends at 7:15 PM.

FAITH FROMATION PROGRAM

Fees for the 2011-2012 Faith Formation Program are as follows:

$85 FOR FAMILIES WITH 1 CHILD

$125 FOR FAMILIES WITH 2+ CHILDREN

$25 SACRAMENTAL FEE FOR THOSE MAKING THEIR 1st HOLY COMMUNION

*Financial assitance is available to those in need*

Registration Dates: Registration will occur between May 1, 2011 and August 31, 2011.
